Job Overview

Cybersecurity has become a critical component of every organization's operations, particularly as businesses expand their digital presence.

This position requires an experienced professional to join the Technology Consulting department and manage both on-premises and cloud-based platforms, implementing IT security controls and establishing security architecture.

The role involves critical tasks that ensure secure infrastructure and systems for organizations, particularly focusing on banking and government sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement cybersecurity policies, procedures, and guidelines tailored to the needs of organizations.
  • Establish and manage cybersecurity governance programs to ensure compliance and efficient security practices.
  • Lead the creation of cybersecurity action plans and strategies to address both immediate and long-term security needs.
Cybersecurity Strategy and Governance
  • Evaluate existing security architecture and make necessary improvements to strengthen defense mechanisms.
  • Lead the implementation of ISO 27001 frameworks to standardize and improve the organization's security posture.
  • Conduct IT general control assessments to identify gaps and recommend improvements.
Cybersecurity Compliance and Incident Response
  • Ensure compliance with various cybersecurity standards and frameworks, including SOC Type I and Type II audits, GDPR, and NIST CSF.
  • Develop and manage cybersecurity incident response plans to handle security breaches effectively and minimize damages.
  • Review disaster recovery (DR) plans to ensure systems and data are protected during disruptions.
Cloud and On-Premises Security
  • Understand cybersecurity requirements for public and private clouds, ensuring that cloud services are securely managed and integrated.
  • Manage both on-premises and cloud-based infrastructure security, focusing on assessment and implementation of security controls.
Required Skills and Experience

To succeed in this role, you must have a strong foundation in cybersecurity, coupled with significant experience in implementing security measures for both on-premises and cloud-based systems.
