Administrative Leadership Opportunity

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our bureau, ensuring all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive individual to lead our Admin Team. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, ensuring seamless collaboration within the team and with other departments.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage general admin responsibilities covering both bureau-related functions and employee-related functions across the bureau.
- Lead the Admin Team and ensure all assigned functions to each team member are properly performed and executed.
- Provide administrative support to all departments and employees in terms of admin resources availability.
- Analyze staff attendance and regularity, maintaining accurate records.
- C coordinate with Head Office on HR matters at Bureaus, handling staff grievances and reporting cases to the Head office as necessary.
- Ensure timely processing of perks pledged to employees in their contracts, arranging delivery accordingly.
- Make hotel and travel bookings as required.
- Masters degree from a recognized institute (e.g. HEC).
- 3-4 years of relevant experience in administration or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills, essential for effective collaboration within the team and with other departments.
