We are seeking an IT professional to fill a role that requires technical expertise and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure and maintain network infrastructure, including firewall rules, NAT, and bandwidth control.
  • Manage and troubleshoot switches and wireless access points.
  • Perform laptop general servicing, including OS installations, driver/software setup, and troubleshooting.
  • Setup, install, and configure CCTV systems, including IP and wireless cameras.
  • Perform printer installation, network printer setup, troubleshooting, and consumable tracking.
  • Conduct market visits for machine repair, price inquiries, and coordination with vendors.
  • Share quotations for new IT purchases and repair services on demand.
  • Maintain and update the IT inventory, including laptops, printers, accessories, and network equipment.
  • Assist in new employee onboarding, including email setup, laptop configuration, and access management.
  • Provide first-level support for network connectivity, hardware issues, and printing problems.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and ensure timely completion of service and repairs.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in IT support, networking, or system administration.
  • Solid knowledge of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS.
  • Practical experience with MikroTik and Cisco hardware.
  • Familiarity with CCTV setup and camera configurations.
  • Experience in managing and troubleshooting printers (USB and network).
  • Ability to manage procurement, price comparisons, and vendor dealings.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Certifications: MTCNA, CCNA, or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of UPS systems, adapters, and peripheral hardware.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to document IT procedures.
