- Organize and manage co-curricular activities, timetables, assemblies, displays, libraries, and laboratories.">
- Attend training sessions and provide on-the-job training for faculty members.">
- Administer term tests and examinations in a fair and timely manner.">
- Bond with teachers, promote teamwork, and focus on retention.">
- Establish strong relationships with the community and raise awareness about the importance of education for both boys and girls.">
- Maintain an optimal student enrollment level through effective enrolment strategies.">
- Cultivate a dynamic network of teachers and maintain an up-to-date CV bank.">
- Collaborate with HR teams for staffing, performance management, and other HR-related matters.">
- Ensure school discipline and encourage positive character development among students and staff.">
- Manage staff leaves and attendance to minimize empty classrooms.">
- Oversee the administrative assistant in accounting and other tasks.">
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with relevant policies.">
- Pursue regular maintenance of school premises and utility services.">
- Stay informed about TCF policies and implement them effectively within the school.">
- Submit reports and documents in a timely manner.">
Requirements:
