Job Title: Medical Healthcare Specialist

The role of a Medical Healthcare Specialist at our organization is to provide high-quality medical services to clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Pre and Post-Procedural Screening: Conduct thorough screening of clients before and after medical procedures.
  • Contraception Advice and Services: Provide immediate advice and service on available contraception methods.
  • Gynecological and Medical Ailments: Diagnose and treat various gynecological and medical conditions.
  • Infertility and Sub-Fertility Diagnosis: Diagnose and refer clients with infertility or sub-fertility issues.
  • Counselling and Education: Offer detailed counselling on chosen contraceptive methods, side effects, and post-procedure care.
  • Medicine and Stock Management: Sign medicine and contraceptive stock registers.
  • Client Satisfaction and Follow-up: Ensure client satisfaction during and after treatment, including follow-up appointments.
  • Client Information Cards: Review and verify the accuracy of client information cards.
  • Obstetrical Care: Provide normal and emergency obstetrical care, including antenatal, natal, and postnatal services.
  • Procedures and Services: Perform medical procedures and provide various services to clients.
  • Neonatal and Childhood Diseases: Provide early neonatal care and treat early childhood diseases.
  • Incident Reporting and Training: Maintain records of major and minor incidents, train clinic staff on standard procedures, and provide in-house and external training to doctors and paramedics.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure high-quality services by achieving at least 95% QA score.

Requirements include a MBBS degree, minimum 1-2 years' experience, valid PMDC medical license, and HEP B vaccination card.
