We are seeking a highly skilled professional to oversee the selection and management of staff and teachers at our institution.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Conduct thorough interviews and registrations for new children, ensuring effective communication with parents.
  2. Provide strategic input in establishing a comprehensive school environment, fostering a positive learning atmosphere.
  3. Select and acquire essential resources and materials for the school.
  4. Develop and implement a curriculum framework for the entire system, promoting academic excellence.
  5. Closely review and audit monthly, quarterly, and annual teacher plans, ensuring alignment with educational standards.
  6. Chair regular staff meetings, facilitating open discussion and collaboration.
  7. Design and deliver educational workshops for parents and the community, promoting engagement and knowledge sharing.
  8. Evaluate performance and growth among direct subordinates, implementing measures to enhance their skills and abilities.
  9. Foster a culture of teamwork and planning, encouraging collective goal achievement.
Qualifications

A Master's degree in any subject along with a B.Ed or M.Ed is required.

Possession of proficiency in MS Office and understanding of internal operational procedures is necessary.
