Job Description

As a Sales Agent, you will be responsible for generating new business leads through cold calling. You will also coordinate dispatch operations between drivers and customers, ensuring seamless delivery of services.

You will provide exceptional customer service, addressing queries and concerns promptly and efficiently. Accurate record-keeping is crucial in this role, as you will need to maintain detailed records of calls and dispatch activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experienced Candidates: Minimum 1 year in sales, cold calling, or BPO (USA market preferred).
  • Fresh Graduates: Strong English communication and willingness to learn.
  • Excellent spoken and written English.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Comfortable with night shifts (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM, Mon–Fri).
  • Basic computer and CRM skills are a plus.
