Project Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Lead to manage the planning, execution, and delivery of projects. The successful candidate will have strong project management skills, including the ability to develop detailed project plans and schedules, manage project scope, budget, and schedule, and identify and mitigate project risks and issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Manage Project Plans: Create comprehensive project plans that outline project scope, timelines, resources, and budget.
  • Manage Project Scope, Budget, and Schedule: Ensure project deliverables meet stakeholder expectations while managing costs and resources effectively.
  • Risk and Issue Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate potential project risks and issues that could impact project success.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication, collaboration, and coordination throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Communicate project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders, including project sponsors, business stakeholders, and development teams.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in project management, with experience leading cross-functional teams.
  • Skills: Strong project management skills, excellent communication skills, and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Tools and Certifications: Experience with project management software and tools, including Microsoft Project, Jira, or similar tools, and project management certification, such as PMP or Prince2, is a plus.
