We are seeking a Digital Content Strategist to join our marketing team. This role requires creativity, strategic thinking, and a strong knowledge of digital platforms and trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute digital content strategies aligned with company goals.
  2. Create, curate, and manage content across digital platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
  3. Plan and execute paid campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  4. Monitor digital trends, competitor activities, and audience insights to adapt strategies.
  5. Collaborate with the content creation team to produce engaging posts, images, and videos.
  6. Manage the content calendar and ensure timely updates and posts.
  7. Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries across digital platforms in a professional and timely manner.
  8. Track performance metrics (engagement rates, followers growth, etc.) and provide regular reports with insights and recommendations.
  9. Stay updated on the latest tools, algorithms, and trends in digital marketing.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Digital Content Strategist or similar role.
  • Solid understanding of digital platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Ability to develop creative content and campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
  • Strong copywriting, communication, and content creation skills.
  • Experience with paid digital advertising and running successful campaigns.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to track and measure performance data.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience working with international clients.
  • Knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics.
  • Familiarity with graphic design and video editing tools.
