Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Process Operations Specialist to join our team. As a Process Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for leading shifts, managing production outflow, and ensuring smooth operations.

The ideal candidate will have a background in Chemical Engineering and experience in manufacturing environments. They will possess excellent problem-solving skills, be able to work effectively in a team, and demonstrate a strong commitment to safety and quality.

This role reports to the Production Manager and requires:

  • Process – Achieve shift-wise production targets regarding both quality and quantity, and control product losses.
  • Quality – Coordinate with Shift Chemist to find in-process non-conformances and ensure different grades of the product are kept separately.
  • Maintenance – Check the performance of process equipment, ensure proper maintenance, and keep a liaison with Shift Engineers of other divisions for shutdown and fully/partially operating the plant during load shedding.
  • Process Improvement – Ensure deliverables related to operating ways, continuous improvement, and innovation.
  • Safety – Ensure safety of product, process equipment, and workers during shifts, use PPEs at all locations, and perform technical works with due work permits.

Requirements include:

  • B.Sc/B.E Engineering (Chemical) with 1+ years of experience.
  • Manufacturing literacy.
  • Knowledge about instrumentation and DCS/SLC operation.

The ideal candidate should have experienced labor handling, knowledge of plant troubleshooting and controlling, and understanding of GMP/HACCP procedures.
