About the Role
  • You will be responsible for post-shift production and dispatches in the SAP system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in this critical process.
  • Write shift-wise production reports and mark attendance of workers, providing valuable insights into plant performance.
  • Control product losses by implementing effective measures to minimize waste and optimize production.
  • Ensure operators provide accurate information on log sheets, promoting transparency and accountability throughout the plant.
  • Keep different grades of the product separate, maintaining quality control standards.
  • Monitor and maintain process equipment, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to reduce downtime.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the section, adhering to high standards of hygiene and safety.
  • Prioritize safety of products, equipment, and workers during shifts, recognizing the importance of a safe working environment.

Requirements

  • B.Sc/B.E in Chemical Engineering, with preferably 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Good manufacturing literacy, including knowledge of GMP/HACCP procedures.
  • Positive attitude with a can-do mindset, demonstrating a willingness to learn and adapt.
