Talent Acquisition Specialist

This role involves the full execution of the recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.

  • Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including job interviewing schedules and candidate communication.
  • Develop a strategic approach to posting job vacancies at top-performing recruitment channels to maximize visibility and reach.
  • Create and maintain a database of internal and external talents and CVs to streamline the hiring process.
  • Execute social media recruitment strategies to attract top talent and enhance the employer brand.
  • Assist in conducting thorough reference and background checks for potential employees to ensure the highest standards are met.
  • Maintain accurate information in the applicant tracking system to inform data-driven decision making.

Key Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
