As an Amazon Account Specialist, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of up to 15 accounts on the platform, ensuring efficient backend task execution, and collaborating closely with Brand Strategists to implement effective strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple Amazon accounts, demonstrating strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Collaborate with Brand Strategists to develop and execute backend strategies, optimizing product listings and enhancing discoverability.
  • Maintain clear communication with clients via email, addressing their inquiries, providing updates, and managing expectations.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, identifying trends and recommending adjustments to improve account performance.
  • Stay updated with Amazon's policies, guidelines, and best practices to ensure compliance and maximize account potential.
  • Leverage knowledge of Amazon and Walmart ecosystems to drive growth and deliver exceptional results.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in Amazon, eCommerce, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of leading and managing projects and teams.
  • Extensive experience in creating and optimizing listings.
  • Knowledge of tools such as Helium 10 and Jungle Scout is a plus.
