Job Title

We are seeking a proactive and client-focused Amazon Account Manager to join our team. As the strategic lead for your portfolio, you will oversee performance, manage deliverables, and align brand goals with platform opportunities.

About the Role:

  • Manage day-to-day operations across Amazon Seller Central accounts
  • Oversee ad budgets, keyword strategy, and campaign performance
  • Develop and implement growth strategies aligned with client goals
  • Coordinate tasks with internal teams
  • Lead client communication, reporting, and monthly strategy reviews
  • Monitor KPIs, flag issues early, and identify upsell opportunities

Requirements:

  • 2–3+ years of Amazon Seller Central experience (flat files, FBA, PPC, SEO)
  • Prior experience in client-facing or account management roles
  • Strong understanding of Amazon advertising and listing optimization
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Confidence using tools like Slack, ClickUp, and Zoom
  • A proactive mindset and deep sense of ownership over outcomes
