Asset Sales Professional

This is a dynamic role for an individual who can foster meaningful connections between our bank and customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for understanding the unique financial needs and goals of clients, providing tailored solutions to enhance their banking experience.

1. Develop and implement sales/service plans to achieve growth objectives in collaboration with line managers.
2. Sell products by establishing relationships with customers and adhering to standard operating procedures.
3. Achieve sales targets/objectives while maintaining integrity and adherence to policies.
4. Ensure genuine sales by avoiding unfavorable lending practices.
5. Promote business profitability through loan sales and customer base expansion.
6. Market company products and develop strategies accordingly.
7. Negotiate and persuade clients effectively.
8. Evaluate customer profiles using the five C's of credit.
9. Communicate product terms and conditions to customers.
10. Verify customer credentials and maintain 100% collection rates.
11. Handle sensitive customer documents with care.
12. Guide customers on depositing repayments at cash counters only.
13. Avoid unnecessary cash handling and follow manual procedures if required.
14. Prepare field activity plans and discuss deviations with line managers.
15. Hold regular meetings with customers as per product programs.
16. Comply with bank policies, ethics, and standards during loan bookings.
17. Update product knowledge and seek improvements based on feedback.
18. Perform market assessments to identify new selling opportunities and review existing markets with line managers.
19. Meet service standards and ensure no customer complaints.
20. Maintain long-term relationships with customers.
21. Report any fraud or potential losses to line managers.

1. Bachelor's degree from a reputable institution; MBA preferred.
2. Preferably 0-1 year of relevant experience.
