Mobilink Bank's asset sales professionals play a vital role in building meaningful connections between the bank and its customers.

Responsibilities of Asset Sales Professionals
  1. Implement business plans to achieve growth objectives by agreeing on micro-level delivery plans with managers.
  2. Develop relationships with customers as per the bank's standard operating procedures to sell products.
  3. Achieve business targets/objectives in assigned areas with integrity and adherence to standard operating procedures.
  4. Ensure genuine sales by avoiding family loaning, activist base lending, and adjustment lending.
  5. Make the business profitable through loan sales and increasing the customer base following standard operating procedures.
  6. Market company products and develop strategies accordingly.
  7. Possess persuasion and negotiation skills.
  8. Identify business opportunities by prospecting and industry evaluation.
  9. Evaluate customer profiles using credit assessment techniques.
  10. Communicate terms and conditions of products offered to customers.
  11. Conduct physical verification of prospective clients to ensure performance.
  12. Proactively collect and ensure timely loan repayments, maintaining 100% collection rates following standard operating procedures.
  13. Handle customer documents carefully to prevent misuse.
  14. Guide customers to deposit loan repayments at the cash counter only.
  15. Avoid cash handling unless strictly necessary, following collection manual procedures if required.
  16. Prepare weekly field activity plans and discuss deviations with Line Manager.
  17. Hold regular monthly/quarterly customer meetings as per product programs.
  18. Conduct loan bookings in compliance with bank policies, ethics, and standards.
  19. Continuously update product and service knowledge and seek improvements based on feedback.
  20. Perform market assessments to identify new selling opportunities and review existing markets with line manager.
  21. Meet service standards and ensure no customer complaints by following fair treatment policies.
  22. Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
  23. Report any fraud or potential losses to line Manager/HOD.
  24. Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures and regulations to protect the bank's reputation and prevent losses.
Requirements for Asset Sales Professionals
  1. Hold a Bachelor's degree from a reputable institution; an MBA is preferable.
  2. Preferably have 0-1 years of relevant experience.
