Client Growth Specialist

The primary role of the Client Growth Specialist is to ensure a seamless client experience by managing a portfolio of clients and developing strong relationships with them.
- Develop a deep understanding of each client's business, needs, and goals.
- Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews to assess satisfaction and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
To achieve this goal, the ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proactive, and possess a consultative approach. The ability to operate in a fast-paced remote environment with minimal handholding is also essential.
In addition to the above requirements, the following skills are necessary:
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in Customer Success, Account Management, or B2B Sales.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High emotional intelligence and empathy.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a deadline-driven environment.
Key qualifications include a sales-driven mindset, proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), and basic project tracking tools like Asana, ClickUp, or Trello. Familiarity with US-based client expectations and professional standards is also required.
