Job Title: Enterprise Growth Specialist
About This RoleThis is a key position that plays a vital role in driving sales growth and expanding our customer base. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, developing and implementing sales strategies, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand the customer base.
- Manage client relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop solutions to meet customer needs.
- Provide regular market updates and competitive intelligence to inform sales strategies.
- Work closely with senior leadership to develop and implement sales initiatives.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in a business-to-business (B2B) setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and develop effective solutions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
