Rehabilitation Nurse Position
\You will work as a Rehabilitation Nurse in a healthcare setting, providing high-quality personalized planned holistic nursing care to patients.
\The ideal candidate will have a Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing (BScN), Post-RN BScN degree or Diploma in Nursing, with six months of work experience preferred. A valid license from Pakistan Nursing Council and certification in Basic Life Support, ACLS, PALS, NRP provider, Safe Medication Administration and Intravenous Cannulation are also required.
\This role involves assessing, planning, and managing patient care with expertise as per protocols. You will be responsible for conducting initial assessments, performing vital and anthropometric assessments, completing rehabilitation assessments, identifying health teaching needs, implementing individualized programs, monitoring progress, making appropriate interventions, and coordinating holistic approaches to meeting patients' medical, vocational, educational, and environmental needs.
\You should possess excellent interpersonal skills, including communication skills, and be willing to work with shifts. This position offers opportunities for professional growth and development, acting as a resource and role model for nursing staff and students.
