We are seeking highly motivated and talented individuals to join our Graduate Trainee Program. This program is designed to provide fresh graduates with hands-on experience, guidance, and structured learning opportunities to launch their careers.

As a trainee, you will have the opportunity to contribute to key projects and initiatives within the organization, providing innovative ideas and solutions to enhance efficiency and processes. You will also have the chance to lead end-to-end projects and initiatives contributing to the overall strategy of the Bank, collaborating with stakeholder teams for project completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To contribute to key departmental and organizational projects.
  • To provide innovative ideas and solutions to improve efficiency and processes
  • To lead end-to-end projects and initiatives contributing to the overall strategy of the Bank
  • To collaborate with stakeholder teams for project completion
  • To gain comprehensive understanding of emerging trends in banking, digitization, IT, finance, compliance, and internal audit standards.

Individual Development Plan:

  • Participate in workshops, training programs, and e-learning modules tailored for skill enhancement.
  • Collaborate with mentors and team leaders to develop personal and professional goals.

Performance Monitoring:

  • Regularly report progress on assigned tasks and projects to supervisors.
  • Actively seek feedback for continuous improvement.

Demonstrating Initiative:

  • Take ownership of assigned tasks and deliver them within deadlines.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and suggest actionable solutions.
  • Showcase leadership potential through proactive contributions.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree.
  • Experience: Fresh graduates or candidates with less than 1 year of professional experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Adaptability to work in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
