Business Development Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Business Development professional. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality responses to RFPs, RFIs, and proposals.

The role offers the chance to be part of dynamic digital transformation initiatives, support leading brands, and work in a collaborative team that values independence, initiative, and high-quality outcomes.

  • About the Job:
  • Understand customer challenges, pain points, and requirements through internal briefings and customer discussions
  • Collaborate with technical experts to design solution approaches, timelines, and estimates for proposals
  • Own and drive the RFP/RFI/RFQ process, ensuring we deliver polished and timely submissions
  • Provide inputs for technical teams during Proof of Concept (POC) or Value (POV) phases
  • Manage business development administration, including internal comms, documentation, and external partner processes
  • About You:
  • Excellent business-level English skills – especially written communication
  • Someone who thrives on quality – you have an eye for detail, visual polish, and clarity in everything you do
  • Clear, critical thinker who can independently plan, structure, and deliver tasks to a high standard
  • Strong understanding of enterprise IT systems – ERP, CRM, HR, e-Commerce, Marketing
  • A tech enthusiast who enjoys exploring how technology can solve business problems
  • Great with PowerPoint and Excel (Google Workspace also fine), and confident using Excel formulas
  • Can manage multiple parallel tasks while staying organised and proactive
  • Enjoys working with people – you're open, communicative, and easy to connect with
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability – you're reliable, consistent, and self-driven
  • Desired Skills:
  • Proven experience managing the end-to-end RFP/RFI/proposal process
  • Ability to break down complex requirements and communicate them clearly
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and a confident presenter
  • Background in professional services, consulting or solution design for IT projects
  • Exposure to ERP, CRM, integration or CX project environments (SAP experience a plus)
