Senior Interior Designer Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing design projects, performing space planning and developing architectural designs, creating detailed construction drawings, selecting and specifying FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment), and ensuring that designs meet project timelines and budgets. The role also involves collaborating with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to achieve desired project outcomes and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and materials.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage design projects from concept to completion.
  • Perform space planning and develop architectural designs.
  • Create detailed construction drawings.
  • Select and specify FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment).
  • Ensure designs meet project timelines and budgets.
  • Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to achieve project outcomes.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and materials.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Space Planning and Interior Design.
  • Experience in Architecture and creating detailed Construction Drawings.
  • Knowledge and selection of FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment).
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Relevant certification or licensure in Interior Design is a plus.
  • Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Prior experience in similar Interior Design roles, preferably in a leadership capacity.
