Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Transformation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in helping businesses transform, scale, and accelerate by adopting digital and exponential technologies.

About the Role

  • You will work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Assist the Architect and coordinate technical aspects of software development activities including design, architecture, development, and implementation of applications.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for development process improvement like evaluating and adopting new technologies and platforms, best practices, and patterns.
  • Act as a focal point of contact for technical issues for specific work streams across multiple projects.
  • Ensure project delivery on time along with adherence to code and quality standards.
  • Update job knowledge by studying state-of-the-art development tools, programming techniques, and computing equipment; participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.

Requirements

  • Power Platform Expertise: You should have extensive experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI. You should be able to design, develop, implement, and support solutions using these tools.
  • Data Modelling: Strong skills in data modelling and database design are essential. You should be able to create efficient data models that support business processes and reporting needs.
  • Integration: Experience with integrating Power Platform solutions with other systems, such as Dynamics 365, SharePoint, and external APIs, is crucial. You should be able to design and implement seamless integrations.
  • Project Management: You should have experience managing projects from inception to completion. This includes planning, executing, and closing projects, as well as managing resources, timelines, and budgets.
  • Security and Compliance: Knowledge of security best practices and compliance requirements is essential. You should be able to design solutions that are secure and compliant with relevant regulations.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills are necessary to understand business requirements, analyze data, and create insightful reports and dashboards.
  • Communication: You must be an excellent communicator, able to explain complex concepts in a clear and straightforward manner. You will interact with clients and team members regularly, so strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Problem-Solving: We need someone who can think on their feet and find innovative solutions to challenges. You should be able to analyze problems, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
  • Teamwork: You will work closely with various teams, so being a team player is crucial. You should be able to collaborate effectively, share knowledge, and support your colleagues.
