  • Sales-Focused Approach: Adopting a customer-focused sales approach to drive business growth and meet revenue targets is vital.
  • Phone System Familiarity: Demonstrating familiarity with complex or multi-line phone systems to efficiently manage calls and customer interactions is necessary.
  • Relevant Experience: One to two years of relevant experience in a call centre environment is preferred.
  • Cold-Calling Strategy: Employing a creative cold-calling closing approach to consistently meet or exceed sales targets is expected.
