Business and Data Analyst Job Opportunity

The ideal candidate will collaborate with the client engagement team to analyze, define, and execute strategies that drive strategic objectives in key business areas.

To achieve these results, strong research and communication skills are essential for project delivery through data and process analysis, interpretation and reporting of various findings, assisting with project management and status reporting, and presenting structured client recommendations.

As a Business / Quality Assurance / Data Analyst, you will have the opportunity to interact with subject matter experts in healthcare, financial, legal, and other specialized markets who help organizations meet or exceed aggressive goals.

This role is suitable for fresh graduates and currently unemployed candidates. Candidates with one to five years of experience are also preferred.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide Business / QA / Data analysis and Developer support and interpretation of findings.
  • Participate as a cooperative team member in projects involving other associates at the firm.
  • Utilize exceptional organization and planning skills - highly detail-orientated and analytical.
  • Work through barriers and time zones to execution.
  • Manage competing priorities and multiple work streams.
  • Be intellectually curious and committed to enabling a high-growth company to achieve enduring success.

  • Core responsibilities include performing detailed analysis, documenting business functional and non-functional requirements, and evaluating system impact to ensure the successful delivery and support of corporate applications.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree minimum preferred.
  • Able to work remote for a US-based client during night shift.
  • Understanding of financial and healthcare issues and operations is a plus.
  • Interest in healthcare issues is also a plus.
  • Strong ability to manage and analyze data, think strategically, and present effectively.
  • Skilled in using common project management methodologies.
  • Strong Microsoft Office Skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Proficient - Oral and written English communication skills.
