We are seeking a seasoned Data Administrator to join our organization.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in data analysis and management, with excellent organizational and communication skills. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for overseeing data production, executing business data analysis, and providing high-quality reports to upper management.

Responsibilities include:

  • Data Collection: Managing assigned tasks to ensure data meets standard quality report requirements.
  • Reporting: Reviewing pertinent data and building detailed reports for senior executives.
  • Quality Assurance: Formulating techniques for quality data collection to ensure data adequacy, accuracy, and legitimacy.
  • Data Analysis: Analyzing and interpreting large amounts of data.
  • Collaboration: Coordination of data production by assigned departments and other data developers.
  • Support: Fielding data-related questions and assisting with client-support requests.

Requirements include:

  • Organizational Skills: Strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication collaboration skills.
  • Attention to Detail: Detail-oriented with an eye for perfection.
  • Technical Skills: Savvy with computers and familiar with modern databases and IT systems.
  • Data Administration: Excellent understanding of data administration and management functions (collection, analysis, distribution etc.).
  • Analytical Skills: Proficient at digesting, understanding, and analyzing large amounts of data and ability to translate complex problems clearly.

This is a full-time position that requires 100% dedication and availability. A stable internet connection and backup connection are required for this role.
