Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Occupational Psychologist to join our team. As an IO psychologist, you will play a crucial role in improving the hiring process, addressing human resource issues, and optimizing workplace performance.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Performance appraisal, coaching, and career development.
  • Assessing job performance of individuals and their teams.
  • Training, learning, and development initiatives.
  • Employee relations and motivation strategies.
  • Studying consumer behavior to help employees understand customer needs.
  • Developing employee personality and skill assessment tests.
  • Job design and psychometric assessment.
  • Meditating conflicts between employees and management or employment disputes.
  • Analyzing training needs, identifying skills gaps, and developing cost-effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Improving the hiring process by designing initial screening processes and selecting suitable candidates.
  • Addressing human resource issues by advising employees on stress management, professional values, and performance gaps.
  • Optimizing workplace performance by increasing employee productivity and job satisfaction.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to convince clients and gain information.

  • IT skills for managing projects using online assessment platforms.
  • A proactive and creative approach to work, producing imaginative training packages and solutions.

Emotional Intelligence

Emotional intelligence is essential for this role, as you will interact with diverse groups and navigate challenging work relationships.

Data Analysis

You will measure project success through data analysis, considering both individual well-being and organizational improvements.

Negotiation and Persuasion

In this role, you may be the primary negotiator, finding viable solutions for various parties and presenting ideas persuasively.

Qualifications

A Bachelors/BS or Masters/MS degree in Psychology, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or a related field from a recognized university is required.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position working from the office, with a standard shift time of 10am-7pm.
