As a key member of our sales team, we are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth in the Multan region.
Sales Growth Strategy- Develop and execute a business development plan focused on expanding our client base and revenue through strategic partnerships and market analysis.
- Identify and target new sales leads, focusing on key market categories such as corporate offices, real estate projects, and commercial clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- B2B Sales Expertise: Utilize strong B2B sales skills to build relationships with architects, builders, developers, and corporate industries.
- Strategic Planning: Stay updated on industry trends, furniture solutions, customer needs, and marketing practices to enhance sales strategies.
- Market Research & Expansion: Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify new opportunities and emerging trends.
- Internal Collaboration: Work closely with sales, pricing, and marketing teams to develop competitive pricing strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in business development, B2B sales, or corporate sales, preferably in furniture, interiors, or related industries.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and business growth in the Multan region.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
