Business Development Executive
Are you a sales professional looking to drive business growth and expand your professional network? We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have strong B2B and B2C sales expertise, with a proven track record in furniture, interior solutions, or related industries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales & Client Acquisition:
    • Identify and target new sales leads, focusing on key market categories such as corporate offices, real estate projects, and commercial clients.
  • Relationship Building:
    • Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with architects, builders, developers, and corporate industries to expand the client network.
  • Strategic Planning:
    • Develop and execute a business development plan focused on revenue growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
  • Market Research & Expansion:
    • Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify new opportunities, emerging trends, and competitive positioning.
  • Industry & Product Knowledge:
    • Stay updated on industry trends, furniture solutions, customer needs, and marketing practices to enhance sales strategies.
  • Internal Collaboration:
    • Work closely with sales, pricing, and marketing teams to develop competitive pricing strategies and respond promptly to client inquiries.
    Requirements:
    • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
    • 5+ years of experience in business development, B2B sales, or corporate sales, preferably in furniture, interiors, or related industries.
    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and business growth in the region.
    • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
    • Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
    • Proficiency in CRM software, Hubspot, sales tracking tools, and Microsoft Office.Benefits:
