About the role:

  1. Develop and implement sales strategies: You will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives.
  2. Manage the sales team: You will lead a team of sales representatives and ensure they meet their targets. You will also provide training, support, and coaching to help them succeed.
  3. Build and maintain relationships: You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
  4. Conduct market research: You will be required to analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  5. Develop pricing strategies: You will be responsible for developing pricing strategies that are competitive and profitable.
  6. Prepare and analyze sales reports: You will be responsible for analyzing sales data and preparing reports that help to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  7. Hire new team members: You must have a good knowledge of how to bring good talent to the company as in this role you'll be required to hire new sales team members.
