Key Responsibilities:

The role of Senior Content Writer involves crafting compelling content across digital channels, driving brand awareness, audience engagement, and lead generation.

Responsibilities:
  • Write, edit, and manage high-quality content for blogs, website pages, email campaigns, newsletters, case studies, and more.
  • Create and optimize content specifically for social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, etc.).
  • Work with designers and marketing teammates to develop creative and strategic content campaigns.
  • Maintain the company's brand tone and style guide across all platforms.
  • Monitor trends and conversations on social media to create timely and relevant content.
  • Analyze content and social performance metrics to improve content strategy and engagement.
  • Manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery of assets.
Qualifications:

To excel in this position, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field. Additionally, you should have 4+ years of content writing experience, preferably with some focus on social media or digital campaigns.

Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills are essential. You should also have experience creating platform-specific content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, and others.

A strong understanding of content trends, audience behavior, and brand positioning on social platforms is required. Familiarity with content management and scheduling tools (e.g., WordPress, Hootsuite, Buffer) is a plus.

Preferred Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience with visual storytelling and collaborating with design teams.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools to track content and social performance.
Job Details:

This is a full-time position requiring a minimum of 5 working days per week.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced professional with a passion for storytelling and a sharp editorial sense.

The salary range for this position is $130,000 - $150,000 annually, accompanied by medical insurance, provident fund, and market-competitive salary benefits.
