- Presentation and Proposal: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients.
- Customer Engagement: Foster long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Trend Awareness: Remain up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales or client acquisition within outsourcing call centers.
- Proven negotiation skills with a successful track record of closing deals.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools is essential.
