Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • 1+ years' experience in customer service or related field
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their capabilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment

Educational Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in English, Marketing, Business, Journalism, Communications or similar field
