Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Associate Insurance Brokerage Service Specialist to join our Statewide Services team. As an integral part of our team, you will play a critical role in helping our agents solve insurance coverage problems for their clients.

You will utilize your current Property and Casualty insurance knowledge, learn the brokerage market, become well-versed in policy maintenance, and develop strong relationships with our agents and clients.

This position offers the possibility of working remotely and provides a unique opportunity to grow professionally within a reputable organization.

About the Role
  • An intermediary between agent and broker regarding new business, mid-term adjustments, cancellations, and renewals.
  • Answer agent inquiries and questions, providing timely and accurate responses.
  • Assist agents with the completion of renewal applications, ensuring seamless transitions.
  • Provide payment options to agents, facilitating efficient transactions.
  • Ensure that all paper and digital files are accurately maintained, adhering to industry standards.
  • Issuing, quoting, and proper processing of bonds, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Adhere to RMIC and SSI company protocols, upholding the highest standards of professionalism.
  • Assist other team members with duties as assigned, promoting a collaborative work environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Property & Casualty insurance experience is necessary, with a strong understanding of industry practices.
  • Licensed in Property & Casualty insurance, or willing to obtain proper insurance licenses within the desired time period.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision and handle a fast-paced environment.
  • Time management and organizational skills are essential, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
