Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to take on a key role in ensuring accurate, compliant, and efficient payroll management for all employees.

  • Paying attention to detail is crucial for this position as you will be managing payroll for approximately 2000+ employees.
  • You will need to ensure all payroll controls and governance are in place, adhering to statutory obligations and audit controls.
  • Your main responsibilities will include processing payroll, handling employee queries, liaising with salary input providers, and ensuring all approvals are in place.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Payroll Processing: Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, including managing payroll for white collar & blue collar employees, handling employee queries, and liaising with salary input providers.
  2. Compliance: Adhere to payroll controls and governance, ensuring 100% compliance with statutory obligations and audit controls.
  3. Data Confidentiality: Maintain confidentiality of employee personal data at all times.
  4. Audit & Controls: Conduct monthly controls as per global control framework and share the report with GFA department.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
  • 6-8 years of experience in payroll management.
  • Strong knowledge of local employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work accurately under pressure and meet deadlines.
