Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to oversee the growth of our sales network. As a Territory Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing assigned franchises and retail channels to achieve sales targets.

Main Responsibilities
  • Sales Channel Management: Develop and implement strategies to increase sales penetration in assigned areas.
  • Franchise Management: Manage assigned franchises, ensuring strong follow-up and maintaining visibility of reports from the Area Manager.
  • Retail Network Development: Engage franchise staff and dealers to develop the retail network.
Key Performance Indicators
  1. KPIs: Focus on achieving KPIs related to recharge, ads, JazzCash transactions, MBB, and active retail base.
  2. Sales Growth: Develop plans to boost sales and optimize trade marketing utilization.
  3. Territory Integrity: Maintain territory integrity and control infringement.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven track record of meeting monthly KPI targets such as Jazz Cash Wallet Activation, Post-paid & Prepaid Sales, remittances, and cash-in.
  • Sales Management: Experience in sales management and channel development.
  • Remote Work: Ability to work remotely and under supervision to enhance sales and distribution effectiveness.
