Project Implementation Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
  • We develop project schedules to ensure timely completion.
  • We conduct site surveys, generate reports, and analyze data to inform our decisions.
  • We estimate resource requirements for project implementation and manage procurement to secure necessary materials on time.
  • We establish and supervise installation teams to guarantee high-quality workmanship.
  • We oversee civil works and module structure installation to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • We install, commission, and test renewable energy projects for institutional customers.
  • We provide on-site training to customers and ensure they are satisfied with our services.
  • We develop and submit project commissioning reports to stakeholders.
  • We facilitate smooth project handovers to customers and prioritize their satisfaction through prompt service delivery.

R.B. Avari Energy Limited is a pioneering renewable energy company providing solar home systems, customized solar solutions, and expanding into wind, biogas, and other areas.

Job Requirements:

Education: B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from a reputable university.

Knowledge: Sound understanding of installation, civil works, and project management principles.

Skills: Analytical, problem-solving, and effective communication skills.

Experience: 3-4 years of experience in installation activities and project coordination.

Success Factors: Timely project delivery, quality workmanship, and customer satisfaction.

Work Relationships:

Internal: Program Manager, Key Accounts Managers, team members, field officers.

External: Vendors, suppliers, transport companies, and regulatory bodies.
