Product Technical Advisor

We are seeking a skilled technical professional to provide expert support and training for our software products.
- Provide phone and email support to troubleshoot user queries and resolve complex technical issues.
- Offer product enhancement recommendations to improve the product and deliver high-quality customer experiences.
- Develop and deliver training sessions to customers via online or in-person platforms.
- Conduct quality control and bug testing of new releases to ensure seamless product performance.
- Maintain accurate knowledge base cases and release notes, and update user manuals as necessary.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to contribute to product development through research and documentation.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Library Science, or a related field. Equivalent experience or diploma will be considered.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this position.
- Strong writing and typing skills are required for effective documentation and communication.
