IT Leadership Role

This role involves leading a team of IT professionals to drive technological innovation and improvement within the organization. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to take charge of our IT operations.

  1. The main focus will be on ensuring the stability and reliability of computer systems across the organization.
  2. Directly oversee the installation, maintenance, and removal of electronic devices.
  3. Provide technical guidance and oversight to ensure the smooth functioning of IT services, including networking, security, and telecommunications.
  4. Work collaboratively with colleagues to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes.
  5. Contribute to the establishment of IT standards and procedures.
  6. Supervise the performance of the IT team, provide coaching and mentoring, and participate in their evaluations.
  7. Source and manage IT hardware, software, and other essential resources.
  8. Develop and execute a business continuity plan to safeguard against disruptions.
  9. Develop and implement IT security best practices.
  10. Keep the company website current and engaging.
Essential Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for someone with:

  1. Demonstrated ability to lead and manage IT teams.
  2. Advanced knowledge of IT infrastructure planning and implementation.
  3. Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills.
  4. Capacity to juggle multiple tasks and priorities under pressure.
  5. Experience with EITV device setup and removal.
  6. Bonus points for experience in logistics/shipping industries.
