Job Overview

Maintaining key vendor relationships is a pivotal responsibility for the Account Manager role. We are seeking an experienced professional to develop and maintain strong, trustworthy connections with all major accounts.

  1. Act as primary contact person for city-wide client accounts.
  2. Develop long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
  3. Analyze upcoming opportunities to drive growth and expansion.
  4. Negotiate contracts and agreements to optimize profits.
  5. Responsible for quarterly growth of assigned accounts.
  6. Communicate progress of weekly and monthly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
  7. Prepare detailed reports on commercial metrics, operational performance, product mix, marketing campaigns, etc.
  8. Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts).
  9. Design strategic marketing campaigns, partnerships & co-branding activities.
  10. Support cross-functional teams in delivering strategy by facilitating communication of lessons learned, resolving urgent issues, lining up appropriate group level support, and deploying processes & tools.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
  2. Demonstrate a high sense of responsibility and ability to take ownership of function.
  3. At least 1-2 years' experience in relevant industry.
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, or Google equivalents.
  5. Solid knowledge of internet and e-commerce sector.
  6. Driven and ambitious individual.
  7. Proactive and able to lead independent projects.
  8. Able to perform root cause analysis and build process flows.
  9. Detailed-oriented and attentive to process steps.
  10. Process-oriented and data-driven professional.
