Cloud Infrastructure Expert

We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee the design, deployment, and management of our hybrid infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will be proficient in various technologies, with a strong background in cloud computing and system administration.

  • Design, deploy, and manage infrastructure in Microsoft Azure, including virtual machines, networking, storage, security, and platform-as-a-service services.
  • Develop and implement scripts using PowerShell, Bash, or Python for automation, monitoring, and provisioning tasks.
  • Collaborate with developers, security, and support teams to maintain and evolve the infrastructure stack.
  • Monitor system health, logs, and alerts to ensure high availability and security.

This role requires hands-on experience in Azure cloud services, Windows and Linux server administration, and domain and DNS management.

Additionally, this position involves developing and maintaining scripts using various programming languages, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the overall security and performance of our infrastructure.

Required Skills:
  • Proven experience administering both Windows Server and Linux systems in production environments.
  • Expertise in managing web servers (IIS, Apache, NGINX) in load-balanced and secure configurations.
  • Familiarity with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and hybrid identity solutions.
  • Working knowledge of SQL Server administration and troubleshooting.
  • Strong knowledge of DNS, domain registration, and Cloudflare CDN and security services.
Preferred/Bonus Skills:
  • Experience with monitoring and alerting tools.
  • Understanding of security best practices, firewalls, and zero-trust architecture.
  • Knowledge of containerization (Docker) and Kubernetes.
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools, platforms, and technologies.
