Senior Elixir Developer Wanted

Overview:

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Elixir Developer to join our diverse team of professionals.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in backend development and experience with the Elixir programming language, Phoenix Framework, and related technologies.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop scalable and secure backend services using Elixir and Phoenix Framework.
  • Build interactive user interfaces with LiveView and AlpineJS.
  • Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers to meet project requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
  • Troubleshoot and debug across the stack.
  • Participate in code reviews and team knowledge sharing.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience with Elixir and Phoenix Framework.
  • Hands-on experience with LiveView for real-time applications.
  • Proficiency in TailwindCSS and AlpineJS.
  • Strong understanding of OTP, concurrency, and functional programming.
  • Experience with PostgreSQL, Ecto, and Oban for background processing.
  • API development experience (REST or GraphQL).
  • Comfortable with Git and Agile practices.
  • Familiarity with DevOps tools (Docker, CI/CD) is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with ETS, Telemetry, Nx, or Nerves.
  • Knowledge of front-end and end-to-end testing tools.
