Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Specialist to drive sales and marketing efforts within assigned regions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of new business development in the marble, chips and granite polishing, as well as fumigation and sanitization services.

About the Role:

  1. The successful candidate will establish relationships with potential clients to create new business opportunities.
  2. Maintain and develop strong connections with existing and new clients to promote our services.
  3. Manage and update a database of prospective clients.
  4. Stay informed about all company service offerings.
  5. Develop and execute business plans in collaboration with the General Manager to achieve revenue targets.
  6. Identify profitable business opportunities and secure sound deals with effective follow-up.
  7. Arrange meetings between senior management and prospective clients.
  8. Support the General Manager in crafting new business proposals.
  9. Provide regular reports on business development activities and successes against target metrics.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of business development in related industries.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
