Finance Manager Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly reliable and detail-oriented Finance Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for tracking all financial activity, preparing accurate reports, managing budgets, and providing visibility into financial performance.

  • Owns all financial tracking: revenue, payroll, expenses, refunds, vendor payments, and ad spend
  • Prepares weekly and monthly P&L reports with deep visibility by department and brand
  • Monitors ROAS, cost per order, profitability per source, and labor efficiency
  • Works closely with senior leadership to identify cost-saving opportunities and operational inefficiencies
  • Maintains and updates financial dashboards, forecasts, and budgets
  • Coordinates with external advisors
  • Reviews and processes payment requests and expense reimbursements
  • Ensures proper financial documentation, categorization, and reconciliation
  • Oversees Stripe, payroll systems (Gusto/Justworks), and financial tools

Key Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/CMA is a plus)
  • 3+ years of experience in a Finance Manager or Controller role
  • Strong experience with QuickBooks Online and Excel/Google Sheets
  • Familiarity with multi-brand or multi-departmental financial reporting
  • Experience working with US-based companies is highly preferred
  • Strong communication skills in English
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized
