Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Director to lead our manufacturing operations.

  • Drive profitability by developing and implementing business strategies to achieve company objectives and promote growth and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure continuous improvement in all areas of operations, instilling a culture of excellence throughout the organization.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for meeting production targets, enhancing efficiency, and ensuring the production of high-quality products while adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP).

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Implement and maintain a Quality Management System (QMS) based on ISO 9001 standards, ensuring total quality management and customer satisfaction.
  2. Develop and oversee budgets, plans, and programs to optimize equipment, space, facilities, and human resources, thereby attaining manufacturing objectives.
  3. Critically review and monitor operating results, recommending updates and improvements to management on issues affecting quality and profitability.
  4. Develop tactical plans to ensure achievement of factory operational goals, optimizing production capacity and finished goods inventory requirements.
  5. Affirm desired product quality, maintaining high manufacturing standards through employee awareness and training programs, adherence to housekeeping standards, and vigilant administration.
  6. Assure competency and continuity of managerial and specialized personnel, providing training and motivation to achieve management and manufacturing objectives.
  7. Promote positive employee relations, ensuring productivity objectives and high morale among employees.
  8. Formulate and implement policies and action plans to maximize production, aligning with company mission and objectives.
  9. Develop a strategic vision for operations direction and performance requirements, ensuring alignment with company's mission and objectives.
  10. Ensure all safety measures are implemented at site, with machinery in working order, and coordinate logistics activities.
  11. Maintain close liaison with QA department to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  12. Report on duty right in time, adhere to code of conduct, and preach it to others.
  13. Maintain effective coordination with management and labor for smooth work-flow.
