Job Description

A Financial Operations Expert is responsible for overseeing the financial health of an organization and ensuring its continued viability.

The ideal candidate will have experience in planning a strategic and long-term business plan, preparing periodic internal financial statements, reviewing and analyzing financial statements and metrics, and identifying process improvements.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Financial Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive financial plan that aligns with the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for cost savings.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven Experience: A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in a finance or accounting role.
  • Knowledge of Financial Systems: Strong knowledge of financial systems, including QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, and other ERPs.
  • Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Communication Skills: Effective communication skills, with the ability to present financial information to non-technical stakeholders.
