AI Innovation Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior AI Engineer to drive the research, development, and deployment of innovative AI solutions across our global platform. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of Junior AI Engineers while leveraging your deep expertise in Computer Vision, Natural Language Processing (NLP), Generative AI, Machine Learning (ML), and Deep Learning (DL) to tackle complex challenges and create new value for our customers.

About the Role:

  • Lead a team of Junior AI Engineers, fostering their technical growth and ensuring high-quality deliverables.

    ">

  • Contribute to the development and execution of the company's AI strategy, aligning it with business objectives.

    ">

  • Identify opportunities for leveraging AI to improve various aspects of the business, including fraud detection, customer support, user experience personalization, operational efficiency, and new product features.

    ">

  • Apply advanced knowledge in Computer Vision, NLP, Generative AI, ML, and DL to develop and implement AI models and solutions.

    ">

  • Leverage cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) to build, deploy, and manage AI/ML models and infrastructure.

Requirements:

  • ">

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or Machine Learning.

    ">

  • Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in developing and deploying AI/ML solutions.

    ">

  • Proven experience in leading and mentoring a team of engineers.

    ">

  • Deep understanding and practical experience in Computer Vision, NLP, Generative AI, ML, and DL.

    ">

  • Strong proficiency in Python and relevant AI/ML libraries and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face Transformers.

    ">

  • Solid experience with data engineering pipelines and tools for data preparation and feature engineering.

    ">

  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.

    ">

  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

    ">

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in developing and deploying Optical Character Recognition (OCR) solutions.

  • Proven experience in developing and deploying Chatbot solutions using NLP and dialogue management techniques.

  • Experience with the concepts and implementation of Agentic AI systems, including planning, reasoning, and tool usage.

    ">

  • Experience in the FinTech or online payment industry.

    ">

  • Experience with deploying and monitoring AI models in production environments at scale.

    ">

  • Familiarity with security and compliance considerations in AI development and deployment.
