About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Healthcare Credentialing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all necessary steps are taken to credential and enroll healthcare providers with commercial payers and government agencies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough research to ensure accurate and timely information for re-credentialing, data analysis, and directory generation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement departmental goals and objectives, including recommending changes to credentialing criteria and processes.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in credentialing and enrollment, with a focus on healthcare.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
