Job Title: Power Platform Expert - Dynamics 365
This role is ideal for an experienced professional who can work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality Power Platform solutions.
Responsibilities:
  • Work hands-on with model-driven apps, canvas apps, and Data verse to support and enhance business applications.
  • Translate business needs into scalable Power Platform solutions.
  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams.
  • Configure and manage Data verse elements such as tables, forms, relationships, views, and security roles.
  • Develop logic and automation using Power Automate.
  • Ensure solutions align with Power Platform best practices.
  • Support solution testing, defect triaging, and coordination with QA teams and end users.
  • Provide input on UI/UX considerations during app design and user journey planning.
  • Participate in regular project or product sync-ups to report progress and coordinate work.

Requirements:
  1. 5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, specifically:
  2. Model-driven apps
  3. Canvas apps
  4. Data verse
  5. Experience working on business process applications.
  6. Familiarity with Power Automate for process automation and system integrations.
  7. Strong understanding of data modeling, security roles, and environment configurations within Power Platform.
  8. Familiarity with Power BI, Power Pages, or custom connectors is a plus.
  9. Exposure to Power Fx or scripting for advanced logic is nice to have.
  10. Experience with application lifecycle management (ALM) on Power Platform is a plus.
  11. Understanding of compliance and governance within the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem is a plus.
  12. Experience working on configuration and customization of Dynamics 365 Customer Experience is a plus.
  13. Excellent understanding of Azure DevOps and Agile delivery methodologies.
  14. A self-starter who can work individually or as part of a team.
  15. A thinker who can take initiative and interpret requirements without prompting.
  16. Excellent communication skills; able to drive change effectively across stakeholder groups.
  17. Excellent written and presentation skills.
  18. Excellent attention to detail; consistency across written materials and reporting is key.
