Job Description:We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as an Outbound Lead Generation Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a track record of generating and closing leads on platforms like LinkedIn.
About the Role:- Actively generate, nurture, and close leads on LinkedIn and other required platforms.
- Identify and target potential clients based on our product/service offerings, focusing on the software industry.
- Develop and execute strategies to engage prospects and build a strong sales pipeline.
- Maintain and grow long-term relationships with clients through personalized follow-ups.
- Utilize CRM tools for tracking lead status, client interactions, and generating reports.
- Collaborate with the business development and marketing teams to align on goals and optimize outreach efforts.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and potential lead sources.
- Meet or exceed individual and team KPIs and revenue targets.
- 1 - 4 years of experience in business development or outbound lead generation, specifically in the software industry.
- A proven track record of generating and closing leads on platforms like LinkedIn.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- A strong understanding of sales processes, client management, and lead nurturing techniques.
- The ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace.
